We're wrapping up our Love Our City series with the most important message of all—Our Savior. ❤️
If we truly want to love our city the way God calls us to, we can’t do it on our own. We need Jesus, our Good Shepherd, to lead us. In John 10, Jesus tells us, “I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.” 🐑✝️
Sin, judgment, and death were coming for us like wolves, but Jesus stepped in and gave His life so we could have eternal life. And because He didn’t stay in the grave, we don’t have to stay lost—our Shepherd is alive! 🙌🏽
As we go out to love our city, let’s remember: we love because He first loved us.
